Amaechi, Saraki pay visit to Emir of Kano following bomb attack

The Governor of Rivers State, Rotimi Amaechi and former Governor of Kwara State, Bukola Saraki have paid a visit to the Emir of Kano, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi over the recent bomb attack on the Central Mosque in the state.

Saraki and Amaechi visited the Emir’s palace on Monday, December 1, to offer their condolences over the incident which claimed over 100 lives.

Sanusi usually presides over prayers at the bombed mosque but was away in Saudi Arabia when the incident occurred.
