Peñarroya couldn't hide his emotions after the game.

An incredible victory, a fantastic atmosphere. The fans helped us immensely. My players put in an unbelievable effort. A great game. I had to push six players to their limits, so I'll have to give them some time off. A great day for Partizan, I am very happy.

He then revealed what his players told him during a timeout at the end of the first overtime period.

I asked the players if they wanted to foul at the end of the first overtime to get the last possession, and they told me it didn't matter if we played two, three, or four overtimes. That's a great attitude and the right path for us.
