According to "Meridian Sport," the talented Serbian player has reached an agreement with Partizan and will join the black-and-whites after the conclusion of next season. Had he opted out of continuing his play for Xavier, he would have already been in Humska this year. However, he received a lucrative financial offer and chose to remain in America.
Borovićanin, who stands 206 centimeters tall, had a very notable season for Xavier, averaging 10.8 points, 7.4 rebounds, and 4.2 assists per game.
Borovićanin was granted an additional year of eligibility by court decision, becoming one of only 15 athletes to receive such an extension. As for Partizan, while they haven't officially announced any new signings, transfers have reportedly been agreed upon with Alen Smailagić, Kyle Allman, Kevarrius Hayes, Derek Willis, Nikola Tanasković, and Alessandro Pajola.
Meanwhile, Bruno Fernando, Shake Milton, Aleksa Radanov, Isaac Bonga, Dylan Osetkowski, Sterling Brown, Nick Calathes, and Dwayne Washington have all departed the Humska-based club.
