Partizan's Take
Ahead of the Open Air 2026 tournament, Belgrade's black-and-whites' coach, Joan Peñarroya, shared his thoughts with the media.
"In these few days, we want to demonstrate our character to our fans. Of course, we always aim for victory, but in matches like these, our focus should be on team cohesion and showing what we've accomplished so far. Additionally, the goal is for the fans to see us play and fight as a team. So, naturally, we hope for wins, but primarily for an excellent experience that we will gain over the next few days." - Joan Peñarroya
Arijan Lakić also spoke to reporters:
"First and foremost, we can't wait to step out in front of our fans and play again after about two months. We hope to make the most of this tournament and these preparatory games, and to warm up for the season in front of our supporters. This will be a great opportunity for those of us who have been here longer, as well as for the new players, to experience this atmosphere." - Arijan Lakić
