"I'm very excited. For me, this is a new beginning, a new chapter. Whenever something is new, I'm eager to go and discover what will happen. The first few weeks have been really good, so I'm very happy to be here, discovering the city and the environment... I can't wait for us to play at home, to play real games, and for the season to start." - Alessandro Pajola
Upon his arrival, he was keen to get acquainted with everyone quickly to ensure everything clicked into place.
"Those first two or three weeks were very, very important... The last tournament we played, the open-air tournament here, helped us start to feel the atmosphere, the crowd, and the fans. Every day has been important, right from day one. I think we're building good habits, good chemistry... We still need a bit more time to get a lot of things sorted, but I think we're on the right track. I'm happy to be part of this group and this environment; I know a lot of people from Partizan very well, so I'm thrilled to know them and work with them." - Alessandro Pajola

The Italian has fully committed himself to the team.
"I'm here to help the team and my teammates try to win every game. I'm available for any role that arises in modern basketball, where there are no longer specific roles. Something changes every game, whether you're in the starting five, whether you're the main option or a defensive specialist, it's always different. That's why I think you have to be ready to adapt to different roles and parts of the game. I try to be as available as possible for what the coach and coaching staff ask of me. I think that way you can always be useful to the team and your teammates." - Alessandro Pajola
Partizan's backcourt is almost entirely new, and Pajola emphasizes that it will take time for them to get used to each other.
"That's something you work on day by day. Of course, in practice, but also in the locker room and the physio room... It takes a bit of time, but I think here, especially in the backcourt positions, there are a lot of experienced players. That's why we're trying to avoid that long adjustment process. When you have smart people around you, it's easier to create good habits and chemistry, and that's what we're doing. Also, I already knew Luka from last season, so that's something that will definitely help. We're building good chemistry, and we still have time to improve it further." - Alessandro Pajola
He doesn't have any ultimate goals, but he aims to continuously improve.

"I usually don't have big goals. For me, there's a daily goal, and that's to try to be better day by day, first as a person, and then as a professional basketball player. That's what I'm trying to do here: to finish practice and feel like I'm better than yesterday or the day before, and to go home with something new. We'll see what happens in the end, day by day; the season is very long, and we'll go practice by practice, game by game, step by step." - Alessandro Pajola
