21-yr old tourist falls off a cliff and dies while taking a selfie

A Singaporean tourist who arrived who arrived Bali hail and hearty will now be flown out in a body bag after falling off a 6-foot cliff while taking a selfie.

21-year old Mohamed Aslam Shahul, according to Mashable was taking a selfie as a wave crashed against the cliff, causing him to lose his balance and fall into the sea from a height of about 6 feet.

In a statement, Nusa Penida police chief Gede Arianta said the youngster apparently couldn't swim and lost his balance when the wave hit, causing him to fall into the ocean.

The Singapore embassy in Jakarta extended condolences to Aslam's family and provided consular assistance in returning his body to Singapore.
