Following Aston Martin's confirmation that Fernando Alonso and Lance Stroll will remain with the team for the 2027 season, only four seats remain vacant on the Formula 1 grid for the upcoming campaign.

Those remaining vacancies are at Haas and Racing Bulls. Both teams have virtually locked down one cockpit each, but question marks remain over who will partner them. Oliver Bearman is set for a third season at Haas, while Arvid Lindblad is widely expected to continue racing for Racing Bulls.

The biggest battle surrounds the second seat at the Faenza-based outfit, where incumbent Liam Lawson is going head-to-head with Nikola Tsolov, though Red Bull has yet to signal when a final decision will be made.

As for the second Haas seat, Rafael Câmara appears to be the frontrunner after overtaking Tsolov at the top of the Formula 2 standings in Baku last weekend. However, the Brazilian's promotion is far from guaranteed, with Jack Doohan, Leonardo Fornaroli, and Toyota-backed Ryo Hirakawa also in contention for the drive.
