It appears Olympiacos is determined to finish the domestic league's regular season undefeated. Georgios Bartzokas's squad now boasts 21 wins from as many games, securing their latest victory tonight by outplaying Panathinaikos 101-94 in the Greek derby, held at OAKA.

Olympiacos's victory in tonight's derby was practically never in doubt. The Reds controlled the game almost from start to finish, building a commanding 16-point lead by halftime. In the third and fourth quarters, they diligently protected that hard-earned advantage, successfully fending off Panathinaikos's fierce surges. While Ergin Ataman's team did manage to significantly cut Olympiacos's lead by the end, they simply lacked the power to deliver a decisive blow.

As is often the case in Greek derbies, the game was marked by a confrontation in the second quarter, this time involving Tyler Dorsey and Kendrick Nunn. The skirmish erupted after Dorsey committed an offensive foul, but a full escalation was averted as other players immediately intervened between the two Americans.

During the general pushing and shoving, Mathias Lessort tore Tyler Dorsey's jersey. After reviewing the footage, the referees decided to eject both players from the game, sending them to an early cool-down.

On the other side, Dorsey, before his ejection, relentlessly poured in points for Olympiacos, finishing as their top performer with 18 points. He was supported by Donta Hall with 13 points and Giannoulis Larentzakis with 12.
