Noni Madueke Latest Arsenal Player to Suffer Injury

Noni Madueke has become the latest Arsenal player to pick up an injury in recent days. The 24-year-old winger started for England in yesterday's friendly against Uruguay but was blocked while attempting a shot, leading to Rodrigo Aguirre falling awkwardly on him. After receiving treatment, he tried to continue but was eventually replaced by West Ham star Jarrod Bowen.

Following the match, Madueke was seen in the mixed zone with a brace on his left leg. The English FA has not yet announced his withdrawal from the "Three Lions" squad, but it is highly likely to happen tomorrow. Arsenal, meanwhile, will be hoping Madueke is fit for their first game after the international break, which is the FA Cup quarter-final clash against Southampton.

In recent days, Gabriel Magalhães, William Saliba, Eberechi Eze, and Leandro Trossard have all withdrawn from their respective national team camps due to various issues. Jurrien Timber and Martin Ødegaard are also still recovering.
