"People will have to walk up to 80km because of car ban" - Polling agent

A restriction has been made on driving during voting hours for security reasons, all over the country. Many people will suffer great inconvenience today according to a Polling agent in Northern Nigeria.

"People will have to walk up to 80km to get to some polling units because walking is the only means of movement," he said.

We can't ascertain that his number as per distance is true but it is possible considering the large land mass of the Northern region.
