New Ride in the Garage: Erling Haaland Buys Rare Maybach, Bearing a Famous Brand's Signature
The model acquired by the 25-year-old Norwegian is exceptionally rare, with only 150 units produced worldwide. The vehicle's design bears the signature of the late Virgil Abloh, former artistic director of Louis Vuitton, who passed away in 2021. Completed just before his death, the car quickly became a highly sought-after item in the luxury automotive world.
The limousine boasts a striking two-tone finish, combining obsidian black with a sand-colored accent. It features exclusive details such as Abloh's signature logo in the interior and personalized elements on the center console, headrests, and doors.
While the price tag might be astronomical for most, it's a mere drop in the ocean for Erling Haaland. British media reports indicate the football star shelled out approximately £400,000 (around €460,000) for this luxury vehicle. The Sun newspaper highlighted that, given his weekly earnings of roughly £500,000, this sum represents less than a week's wages for the striker.

Top-Tier Performance from a Luxury Limousine
Despite being a limousine, its performance metrics rival those of supercars. The model is equipped with a 6.0-liter V12 biturbo engine, accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in approximately 4.5 seconds and reaching a top speed of 250 km/h. All-wheel drive comes as standard.
This new addition joins an already impressive collection of cars owned by the Norwegian international. His garage also features models such as the Aston Martin DBX 707, Rolls-Royce Cullinan, and Porsche 911 GT3.
The Manchester City goal-scorer recently made headlines with a significant gesture, donating an authentic historical book valued at over $130,000 (approximately €118,000) to the library in his hometown of Bryne.
