NBA Officially Recognizes Jokic's Magnificent Record! /VIDEO/

Jokic commanded the court for 33 minutes, dictating the game's tempo throughout. His stat line included:

• 15 points

• 17 rebounds (all defensive)

• 12 assists

His impact was best reflected by a +10 plus/minus rating, indicating the Nuggets built a crucial lead with him on the floor.

While not forcing his scoring, Jokic maintained his consistent play, choosing his moments wisely:

• He shot 5/10 (50%) from the field and was solid from the free-throw line at 5/7 (71%).

• His True Shooting percentage (TS%) stood at an impressive 57.3%.

• He recorded 5 turnovers and committed just one personal foul.

Jokic didn't register any steals or blocks in this game, but his 12 assists once again showcased why he's considered the best playmaking center in NBA history.

With this triple-double, Nikola once again pushed the boundaries of the NBA, solidifying his status as a prime candidate for the league's most prestigious individual awards, as Denver marches towards the season's climax in peak form.

Before this game, Nikola Jokic needed just 12 more assists over the remaining six games to secure a triple-double average for the second consecutive season. He delivered exactly 12. This achievement places him alongside Russell Westbrook (who accomplished it four times) as the only players in NBA history with multiple seasons averaging a triple-double.
