Fika said the appointment was in recognition of his hard work, dedication to duty, responsible conduct as well as loyalty to the leadership of the National Assembly.

The National Assembly Service Commission has confirmed

This is contained in a letter signed by the Executive Chairman of the commission, Dr Adamu Fika, in Abuja on Wednesday.

"I have the pleasure to inform you that the National Assembly Service Commission has at it 443rd Meeting approved the confirmation of your appointment as Clerk to the National Assembly.

"This appointment takes effect from Aug. 15, 2016."

Fika urged Omolori to continue to demonstrate positive attributes to justify the confidence reposed in him by the commission and the leadership of the National Assembly.
