Izobe Spiff manages Tres Bien Events, one of the well-known event outfits in southern Nigeria. Spiff began her company in 2005, at a time where hiring an event planner was uncommon.10 years later, Tres Bien Events has grown to be one of the leaders in event planning in the country.

The company CEO elevated herself from just planning events to launching a body for events professionals in the country, with an annual conference called ‘The Events Show’.
