APC candidate meets Shagari 31 years after overthrowing him [PHOTOS]

The Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Muhammadu Buhari on Saturday, March 7, met with former President Shehu Shagari in Sokoto State.

Shagari’s government was overthrown by Buhari in a military coup on December 31, 1983.

The ex-President recently celebrated his 91birthday in a ceremony that was attended by all former Nigerian leaders except Buhari who was out of the country.
