One of the recipients of this year's <a href="http://pulse.ng/community/morning-teaser-should-the-fg-give-dr-stella-adadevoh-a-national-honour-id3160393.html" id="94ab7514-282d-50a4-aba9-1e4154d9c6ae">national honours</a>, Mr. Ime Usuah, a taxi driver, actually got the esteemed elevation due to his transparency, integrity and honesty when he returned the sum of N18 million a passenger forgot in his cab.

When Mr. Usuah returned the money, many of his friends and family members made a mockery of him with some saying he would never be rich again as he had thrown away his only opportunity of making money.

But today, he is a man of honour with a house to go with it, courtesy of the Federal Government, with the moral that honesty does pay.
