The modus operandi of the perpetrators of this heinous crimes is to recruit young and vulnerable girls, employ men who will sleep and impregnate them and when they put to bed, the proprietors of these so called 'homes' sell these babies.

In the past few months, more than ten of such homes have been discovered all over the country.
