Morning Teaser: Sons Vs Daughters – Who Cares More For Parents?

Such people believe that the girl child will get married one and become responsible to another family, abandoning their parents in their old age. In some tribes, especially in the eastern parts of Nigeria, a wife can actually be thrown out of the house for failing to bear male children - (as if she is the one that plants the babies in her womb in the first place).

Be that as it may, I have seen daughters who have turned out to be the ones taking care of their parents while the sons think of the immediate families first, before their aged parents.
