'My fiance says no sex, no marriage'

I met in church and after courting for a year, he proposed to marry me but he has refused to give me a ring or see make moves for our wedding because he says after waiting for over one year and after promising to marry me, he needs to confirm my sexually. He says he needs to know if I will be able to satisfy him in bed. He has even vowed to break up the relationship if I refuse to allow him to sleep with me.

This was not what we agreed on and I do not want to offend God. At the same time, I do not want to lose my man because I am not growing younger and getting a man to settle down with is not as easy as many people think.
