According to The Hollywood Reporter, Otto will star as Rebecca Ingram, the blazingly smart former head of CTU. Married to Sen. John Donovan, she struggles with second thoughts about having left the counter-terrorism agency.

Starring "Straight Outta Compton" actor Corey Hawkins as Eric Carter, the revival series will revolve around a military hero who returns to the U.S. with a whole lot trouble around him.

After settling with his wife Nicole in Virginia, Carter’s past comes back to haunt him, and with nowhere else to turn, he asks CTU to help him save his life, while also stopping one of the largest-scale terror attacks on American soil.
