After a two-year wait, Mindhunter fans will soon be able to binge the second season of Netflix's thrilling true crime drama... well, soon as in August. But, hey, after a wait this long, diehards for the show will probably take anything at this point.

Though the exact day of the August season two debut is unknown, there are some things producers Charlize Theron and David Fincher (you know, the man behind The Curious Case of Benjamin Button and The Social Network) did reveal: Jonathon Groff will be returning as Special Agent Holden Ford (the show's main character, who's based on real FBI Agent John Douglas), as will Holt McCallany and Anna Torv.

Cameron Britton's gentle, yet vicious serial killer character, Edmund Kemper, has not yet been confirmed for the show's second run.

Instead, for its second go around, Mindhunter will be taking a look at not one, but three additional murder cases, the Atlanta Child Murders that took place between 1979 and 1981, and the serial killings committed by David Berkowitz (also known as Son of Sam) and cult leader Charles Manson (who Ford expressed interest in interviewing in season one).

How Ford will be interacting with these murderers is unknown, but if the first season has taught fans anything, it's that Ford won't shy away from getting answers.

I know three months is a ways away, but that can only mean this next season's going to be extra good, right, Right?!
