Following the second panel, Mijailović gave a statement to Sportal regarding the team for the upcoming season.
"I agree with everything Bogdan said. I speak with him privately, we'll see what happens. Our desire is to bring back players who once played for Partizan next season. Whether we succeed, I don't know; it depends on our capabilities. We're talking with Carlik; ask his agent what he meant by yesterday's post. We have a strong desire for Carlik to stay, and discussions are ongoing. It's my wish for Lauvergne to finish his career at Partizan. I did say we wouldn't offer players more than one and a half million, but there will be exceptions." - Ostoja Mijailović
Partizan Already Signed Domestic Players
Previously, Ostoja Mijailović revealed that Partizan has already reached agreements with unnamed domestic players.

"We've already signed some domestic players, but we haven't announced it yet. The pool of domestic players is scarce, that's the reality! Our domestic players aren't key contributors. There's already been a discussion on this topic: where are our players? I've already asked – who should come? No one had a suggestion. Today, 100 games are played in a season; can our players endure that? These are all realistic questions. Mega exists to develop players, 14 players work so one can go to the NBA. But with us, it's different; if you lose a derby, you can't even enjoy a coffee in peace..."
The black-and-whites' top executive also discussed player demands...
"Today, our fan buys a ticket for 200 euros and thinks they can appoint the coach or club president. They see other influencers on social media, and then they do the same, and that's a serious problem for us. Players are demanding a lot of money; that's not realistic today, there's no sustainable growth like that. The NCAA has abnormally raised the level and salaries, which we cannot offer now."
