"It's great that Argentinians are enjoying this as much as we are. This is how we live. This team has taught people that we do abnormal things: it's not easy to come back after becoming world champions, winning everything you've won, and then continuing to compete and stay at that level, in the top four, playing in another semi-final... It's abnormal, so we should enjoy it immensely," said the 'Gauchos' captain.

World Cup matches are broadcast live on bnt.sportal.bg. The platform will stream all 104 matches of the 2026 World Cup program in real-time.

"We don't know if or when it will happen again. We hadn't been world champions for a long time until now, so everything that comes next should be cherished and enjoyed. We will try to rest, recover, and perform well in the semi-finals," Messi told ESPN.

On July 15, the Argentine national team will face England for a spot in the World Cup final.
