American basketball player Tyrese Maxey discussed LeBron James' arrival at the Philadelphia 76ers.

Tyrese Maxey revealed he spoke with LeBron James before the all-time great signed with the Philadelphia 76ers.

It didn't take much convincing. A few calls, a few texts... We're good friends. I guess I can say we're friends now. He's a lot older than me, but I guess we are. - Tyrese Maxey

Interestingly, Maxey and James share the same agent, Rich Paul, who is considered one of the best in the business. Their relationship is exceptional, with LeBron often referring to Maxey as a younger brother.

Next season, Philadelphia is set to boast one of the most formidable teams in the NBA, featuring LeBron James, Joel Embiid, Jaylen Brown, and Tyrese Maxey as the team's core players.
