With his second-place finish in yesterday's Spanish Grand Prix, Max Verstappen has become the only driver to secure at least one podium finish at every circuit on the 2026 Formula 1 calendar, including Sepang in Malaysia.

The four-time champion boasts the most podiums at the Red Bull Ring in Austria, with an impressive nine. He also has seven podium finishes each at Suzuka in Japan, the Circuit of the Americas in the United States, Interlagos in Brazil, and Yas Marina in Abu Dhabi.

Excluding Madring, the Dutchman has the fewest podiums in Las Vegas, China, and Malaysia, with two each. This can be attributed to these circuits either hosting relatively few races during the Red Bull driver's peak years or not having hosted Formula 1 for an extended period.

The Las Vegas Grand Prix only debuted in 2023, while the Chinese Grand Prix was not held between 2020 and 2023 due to COVID-19 restrictions in the country. Formula 1 hasn't visited Sepang since 2017. That year, Verstappen himself claimed victory in Kuala Lumpur, a year after finishing second behind teammate Daniel Ricciardo at the Malaysian Grand Prix.
