Filipino boxer delighted at fight, believes that he can easily beat Mayweather

The much awaited fight between America’s Money man, Floyd Mayweather and Philippine’s pound-for-pound boxer, Manny Pacquaio was confirmed on Friday night with both parties agreeing to a signed contract.

Mayweather takes the bigger racket share of the spoils with 60 percent amounting to $120m while Paquaio takes home 40 percent, $80m.

Last month, Pacquaio who recently made his first point as a professional basketballer wrote on twitter that he can easily beat the not-yet-beaten American.

He expressed delight at the confirmation of the fight which had been stretched for a long time

'I am very happy that Floyd Mayweather and I can give the fans the fight they have wanted for so many years,' he wrote via Twitter, adding 'I dedicate this fight to all the fans who willed this fight to happen and, as always, to bring glory to the Philippines.'
