The English club has reportedly offered Rodri a new contract with a significant pay raise. Should he decline to sign, the club intends to demand a substantial fee from any potential buyer in the summer of 2026. The 2024 Ballon d'Or winner, whose current contract expires in 2027, has previously been linked with Spanish giants Real Madrid.
