The saga surrounding Manchester City's 115 alleged financial breaches, as accused by the Premier League, remains unresolved. Information regarding the timeline for a decision is muddled, with some sources suggesting an announcement around Easter or in the summer, while others insist there's no clear update.

According to a report by the "Mirror," one of the potential penalties being considered is a points deduction of up to 60 points, a sanction that would effectively relegate the team to the Championship.

Former City defender Richard Dunne reacted strongly to the rumors of a 60-point deduction, expressing his frustration over the prolonged delay.

"It's already ridiculous, the amount of time that's gone on. They've come to a conclusion a long time ago, so for it to take this long to announce the results is silly. It just undermines the whole Premier League if they start coming out now, at this stage of the season, and we've got a chance of a really interesting title race over the next couple of months," he stated emphatically.

For their part, Manchester City has consistently denied all accusations. Despite the hearing concluding almost 18 months ago, a final decision has yet to be issued. Depending on the outcome, City could face a wide range of sanctions, with a 60-point deduction representing the most extreme scenario.
