The club will vigorously and proactively pursue all appropriate regulatory and legal avenues as required. The Premier League proceedings remain ongoing, with key matters yet to be concluded. Manchester City FC will now exercise all available avenues of appeal on the grounds that the decision contains clear, material errors of law, principle, and fact, and is unsafe. For eight years, the club has diligently followed due process under the assumption that the Premier League board and executive would act as an independent, impartial, and fair regulator, free from partisan influence. The club is naturally restricted in making further comment until all upcoming proceedings are completed.
