Bulgarian driver Lyuboslav Ruykov is set to compete next weekend in the season finale of the Italian Formula 4 Championship. Throughout his debut campaign, Ruykov has showcased both strong pace and rapid adaptation to single-seaters following his transition from karting.

"For the finale at Mugello, I want just one thing – a fast car," Ruykov told Sportal.bg. "I know that sounds simple, but it really isn't. It sometimes requires major adjustments in both the team's work and my own driving."
"This season proved that I have the speed, but our track positioning and timing in qualifying weren't always spot on. At times, I also found it tricky to hook up every sector into a single clean lap when fighting for pole position."
"I'm pleased with how well I've handled the disrupted race rhythm – with frequent incidents, yellow flags, and safety car restarts. I usually manage to warm up the tyres effectively and always look to push and attack."
"Mugello is arguably the most challenging track we're racing on this year, so it will be tough yet exciting. I can't wait for the season finale."
