Son catches strange man in bed with mum, beats him to death

A 21-year-old man, Sean Mahan, has been sent to jail for four years after he was found guilty of viciously attacking a man whom he caught sleeping with his mother while his father was at work.

According to Mirror UK, a High Court in Edinburgh, Scotland, heard that Mahan flew into a frenzy when he came home to find 33-year-old Stewart McKellar, having sex with is 50-year-old mother, Lavina.

Mahan was so angry that he pounced on the man beat him to a pulp and he died from his injuries.

For good measure, he also slapped his mother and called her a slut.

After beating up McKellar, Sean reportedly called a friend saying:

"This guy was sleeping with my mum. I think I've killed him."

Mahan, from Balloch, West Dumbartonshire, Scotland, had earlier pleaded guilty to culpable homicide at a hearing.

The Judge, Lord Turnbull said Sean was over reaction in the situation and should have calmed down when he found his mother in such a situation with another man.
