According to Punch News, the actress sold the sales right of the movie to Aiyedun, who is yet to make full payment following their agreement.

Punch also reported that Ajibola publicly confronted the producer in an incident that took the efforts of other movie marketers to calm her down.

The exact amount to be paid to the actress was not revealed, but it was disclosed that she already received a sum of N250,000 as first installment.

"Talopa Mummy" had star appearances from top Nollywood actors such as Dele Odule, Moji Olaiya, Femi Adebayo, and Remi Surutu.
