Following in the footsteps of Michael Jordan, whose career was chronicled in the acclaimed documentary series "The Last Dance," the 41-year-old veteran revealed on an episode of the Boardroom Talks podcast that the project aims to capture his game during his final years in the NBA.

"I'm also working on a pretty interesting documentary. When we finish it, I expect it to be truly great," LeBron James told American businessman Rich Kleiman, the host of the show.

This confirmation marks the first time the basketball icon has publicly acknowledged the production, following months of speculation surrounding its filming.

While specific details remain under wraps, sources close to the player indicate that rare and previously unseen footage, both on and off the court, has been compiled for nearly a decade. This includes material related to James' recent decision to pursue a fifth championship ring with the Philadelphia 76ers.

Early indications suggest similarities to the popular series chronicling Michael Jordan's career, which premiered on Netflix in 2020 and subsequently earned an Emmy Award.
