Real estate business developer talks on the market and future prospects
Business developer with Landmark Group, a leading real estate firm in Nigeria, Deborah Omeruah was at the Pulse TV studios recently, and she had a chat with Pulse TV Host, Misi Molu.
She spoke on the ongoing projects of the Landmark Group, elaborating on the live-work-play concept driving the projects which the company is involved.
Omeruah explained the idea behind the Landmark village, a 40,000 sq/m area containing office buildings, a convention centre, residential buildings, retail stores including HardRock Cafe - which will be coming to Nigeria for the first time, which faces the Atlantic Ocean.
She said the development of the Lekki-Ajah Expressway, the Lekki International Airport, and the Fourth Mainland bridge, has opened up the opportunities and prospects of that part of Lagos and therefore the chance fro the real estate players to invest and set the tone for the future.
Omeruah also gave insight on how social media affects the real estate sector as well as how the sector uses or merges its functions with social media.
