Nigerian actress Stephanie Linus mentors primary and secondary students at the Lagos Book & Arts Festival 2016.

The award-winning actress and filmmaker, spoke on the topic “My Encounter with the Book” where she shared the impact of books and reading on her life with children and young adults.

She adds that reading books expands the imagination and understanding of the world, providing inspiration for thought and reflection.

The event which was held at the at the Freedom Park in Lagos saw a good turnout of students from Primary and Secondary Schools across the state.

While recounting some of her childhood experiences with books, Linus also encouraged students to imbibe positive values always and be great ambassadors of our nation.
