Knicks vs. Spurs Game 3 Tickets at Madison Square Garden Reach Astronomical Prices

Ticket prices for the New York Knicks' home games in the NBA Finals series against the San Antonio Spurs have soared to astronomical levels.

The cheapest ticket for Game 3 of the series, set to take place at Madison Square Garden, is priced at a staggering $4,247. For comparison, the average monthly rent for a studio apartment in Manhattan is nearly $1,000 less, at $3,373, according to Yahoo Finance.

The Knicks drew first blood in the series, defeating the Texans 105-95 as visitors in Game 1. The second matchup is scheduled for Friday night into Saturday morning, once again at the Spurs' arena, while Game 3, now at Madison Square Garden, will be played Monday night into Tuesday morning.
