Kim says the negative media coverage during her pregnancy with baby North West, “changed who I am and how i live my life in the public eye....it honestly hurt my soul”. Now, the former paparazzi-loved reality star may stop being so ‘real’.

According to undefined, Kim definitely has a point. Some people were downright mean when she was knocked up (it can be recalled that a tabloid headline once read, «Kim Can't Stop Eating!»)

However she said, “I gained more weight because I was pregnant,” yes and its natural sister. Is this the reason why Kim was allegedly desperate to get back to the public scene with a mouth dropping post-baby figure?
