According to the Us Magazine, the pair agreed terms regarding the division of their properties, and have signed some legal documents filed on Friday, October 21, 2016.

However, it may take a couple of months for this to be finalized due to a demand in California state laws

The law demands a six-month notification after a divorce request has been made before a judge can give approval.

The former love birds are both happy concerning the new development, a source told Us Magazine.

"They're relieved it's over and ready to move on with their lives."

Kardashian, who first filed for divorce from the retired NBA player in December 2013, put the process on hold following a near-death experience Odom encountered in October 2015.

He reportedly took a drug overdose which put him in a coma that lasted a while.

The KUWTK star filed for divorce again in May 2016 after the full recovery of Odom.

She is reportedly now dating another NBA star, Tristan Thompson.
