Kelly Ripa Shares 'Perfect' Christmas Stocking Stuffer Book In New Instagram Post

Kelly Ripa is totally in the holiday spirit

Her latest post on Instagram shows her face stuffed in a book (literally) that she highly recommends you gift as a stocking stuffer this year.

"I always knew Santa and i had a lot in common. Thank you @amidyingdocs for writing the perfect stocking stuffer! ," she captioned her post.

The book, Am I Dying?!: A Complete Guide to Your Symptomsand What to Do Next , is by two doctors Christopher Kelly, MD, and Marc Eisenberg, MD, FACC, from UNC Health and Columbia University Medical Center.

It's touted as a comprehensive, light-hearted guide for the hypochondriac in all of us. It covers over 40 different symptoms, and is organized into eight body areasincluding head/neck, chest/back, belly, skin, and more. So whatever you're worried about, they've likely got you covered. Festive stocking stuffer, indeed!

Kelly has been sharing tons of holiday content on her Instagram the past couple weeks, from her family's gorgeous Christmas card that features her husband Mark Consuelos and their three kids Michael, Lola, and Joaquin.

She also posted a pic of her MASSIVE Christmas tree that's named 'The Lady'.
