Ex-Nigerian player joins Super Eagles in South Africa

Former Nigerian player, Kanu Nwankwo has joined up with the Super Eagles squad in South Africa ahead of their friendly with the Bafana Bafana.

The Super Eagles belonging to ARIK Air and with them for moral support and motivation was Kanu Nwankwo.

It is not clear if the former Arsenal striker traveled on the same flight with the Super Eagles or he traveled alone.

The NFF Twitter handle announced his arrival; "Guess who is here to spur the Super Eagles to victory over Bafana Bafana on Sunday," the tweet read along with a photo of the lanky ex-interntaional.

Super Eaglesface Bafana Bafana at the Mbombela Stadium later today (3pm Nigerian time).
