Round the clock customer service centre launched

Jovago, online hotel booking service, has put measures in place, to attend to customers’ enquiries and challenges, all round the clock.

News reaching us from our source says Jovago has launched a customer service centre in its Nairobi office that will run 24 hours, 7days a week.

According to Techcabal, “The round-the-clock centre will provide booking services, customer advice as well as support via live chats and call centre services.”
