Nikola Jokic continues to make NBA history. The Serbian center recorded his 200th career regular-season triple-double during the Denver Nuggets' 104-91 victory over the New Orleans Pelicans.
Delivering a commanding display in New Orleans, the Nuggets superstar finished the night with 23 points, 13 rebounds, and 10 assists, sealing his second triple-double of the season.
The three-time NBA regular-season MVP (2021, 2022, and 2024) further cemented his reputation as a stat-sheet master, having posted 34 triple-doubles in each of the previous two seasons while also averaging a triple-double across the 2023-24 and 2024-25 campaigns.
With this milestone, Jokic sits just nine shy of Russell Westbrook's all-time record of 209 triple-doubles following the guard's retirement last summer. It is a historic mark the Serbian is well on track to surpass in the coming weeks.
