Houston dominated Milwaukee 132-100 last night to capture their fifth straight victory to open the season.

Bogdanović chipped in 16 points in the blowout, going 4-of-5 from three-point range.

"It's a great start—we're winning, the team chemistry is great, we're putting the work in... I'm really happy with everything. We've only just started, and there's no need to overthink it. Yes, we've won five in a row, but it's a long season with 77 games left. So, one step at a time, there's plenty of time," Bogdanović told RTS.

"I'm very pleased with the coaching staff and how they prepare us for each game. Everyone knows their role. This is definitely one of the most talented teams I've ever played for."

In the same contest, young Serbian prospect Bogoljub Marković made his NBA debut.

"Their team is in the middle of a transition, rebuilding their roster. I was really glad to see Bogoljub. We didn't get the chance to grab dinner because we arrived late, but we managed to catch up at the arena. We connected through basketball; he's 'Bogi' now, and I hope he continues to push and becomes even better than me. I wish him all the best. He came over young, which is great, and he has a bright future and immense upside. I haven't watched him a ton, but I did see those games where he played really well against Red Star and Partizan."

Bogdanović also weighed in on the Serbian national team's World Cup qualifying campaign, praising the players who answered the call.

"First of all, I want to say how glad I am that everyone turned up. It is extremely difficult to make the time and be a hundred percent prepared. A win at home was expected, but beating Italy on the road is a massive result. We shouldn't take that for granted. I'm just glad all the guys are healthy and that everything went smoothly."

Nikola Jokić took on captaincy duties for the national team this past summer.

"He's the captain—that's the coach's call, and we're there to do our jobs. I could see he enjoyed the role; that's just who he is."
