It's sad to be an under qualified candidate for a position but then it's even all the more sad when you're over qualified. Check out Kansiime funny experience of this in this video.

People often go here and there to do everything they can just to be qualified enough for any job opportunity employment.

Kansiime, in this funny video, happens to be one of such persons. However, when she found herself on the hot seat of a job interview, she was considered "over qualified" to be given the position.

Over qualified Kansiiime however refused to give up and insisted that she must be hired. After all, its only reasonable for them to take what they need and leave the rest.
