Jana Kramer And Husband Mike Caussin Won't Hire A 'Hot' Nanny

Jana Kramer and her husband Mike Caussin recently opened up about their search for a nanny on Janas podcast, Wine Down With Jana Kramer. The country singer and her former NFL player hubs were both perplexed by the sexy photos they were finding of candidates on childcare sites like Care.com.

"This one photo was like, Hi, Im 22 years old and I have perky boobs,'" Jana said. "Like, dont post the perky boob photo. Youre not gonna be hired. Im not hiring you.

Mike added that nannies should dress the part in their photos on job sites. Jana and Mike have had issues with infidelity in the past, and have opened up about Mikes sex addiction and how theyve been working on it in their marriage. The couple have two children together.

"Not that I dont trust my husband," Jana said, referencing hiring an attractive nanny. "I just think its not smart."

She brought up other celeb couples that broke up because the men cheated on their partners with their familys nanny, like Jude Law, Ben Affleck, and Gavin Rossdale.

"I mean, you look at some of these nannies, and Im like, 'Well, you kinda asked for it, shes kinda hot.' You know what I mean? Youre in close quarters," Jana said. "Not saying that Ben Affleck wasnt wrong, but you look at the nanny and Im like, Well, shes really cute. Youre playing with fire.

Jana and Mike have had a nanny before, and explained that she wasnt unattractive, but didnt give off sexy vibes. Mike said she felt like one of the guys.

"I feel like some of these girls-maybe some of those nannies like Ben Afflecks and the Gavin Rossdales nannies-they put off more of a sexier vibe," Jana said.

In any case, Jana made it clear that she shell be the one making the nanny selection for her family, once she finds the right candidate.
