Shortly after announcing that she was expecting, the queen of reality shows, Kim Kardashian  has  began to show. Kimmy was spotted at a Paris restaurant where she was rocking a tight black dress and a baby bump. Though the fur tried to hide the bump, there was still a glimpse to be seen.  Kim Kardashian is dating rap star, Kanye West and they are to be first time parents.
