Inter Milan has reportedly finalized two distinct transfer agreements today – one incoming and one outgoing, according to leading Italian journalists. The deals involve securing defender Djed Spence from Tottenham and loaning midfielder Davide Frattesi to Lazio.
Fabrizio Romano reports the transfer fee for the Spurs full-back at €31.5 million, while Nicolo Schira cites a slightly different figure: €30 million plus €4 million in add-ons. Schira also revealed that Spence's contract will span five seasons, with an annual salary of €3 million. Tottenham acquired the English international from Middlesbrough for approximately €15 million four years ago. Initially, he was loaned out to three different clubs: Rennes, Leeds, and Genoa, but in the last two seasons, he established himself in the London squad. The 26-year-old has accumulated 85 appearances for them and featured in all eight of England's matches at the 2026 World Cup, leaving a strong impression.
Meanwhile, Lazio will pay €1 million for Frattesi's loan, which includes a €14 million option to buy. According to Gianluca Di Marzio, this option could become mandatory if the "Eagles" finish at least 12th in Serie A next season. The player himself has also agreed to the transfer, with Inter retaining over 20% of any future sale. The Italian international will depart after three seasons with the Milanese giants, who paid Sassuolo around €32 million for his services. During his time there, the midfielder played a total of 122 matches, scoring 15 goals and providing 12 assists.
