The pair allegedly billed large orders of wings to the restaurant's business account and would sell them to other establishments and on the street at reduced prices.
According to Syracuse.com, the Rojek's would destroy evidence of the large orders after placing them. The Onondaga County Sheriff's Office believes the father and son were selling the stolen wings from the months of February to November 2015.
On November 24, a judge set the Rojek's bail at a mild $2,500.
