Speaker donates 6 vehicles, 6 motorcycles to constituency

Alhaji Ibrahim Balarabe, Speaker, Nasarawa State House of Assembly, has donated six Golf cars and six motorcycles to party officials in his constituency to ease their movement.

Balarabe (APC- Umaisha/Ugya), who made the donation on Sunday in Umaisha Development Area, said the gesture was to fulfill his campaign promises to the party and electorate.

He assured the people of his constituency of better days ahead.

He urged them to be patient and show understanding with public office holders to enable them deliver the dividends of democracy.

The speaker also urged them to support President Muhammadu Buhari and pray for the federal government to enable it overcome insurgency and other security challenges facing the country.

One of the beneficiaries, Malam Abdullahi Abubakar, who spoke on behalf of the others, thanked the speaker for the donation which he described as the first of its kind in the political history of the area.

He urged the speaker to initiate projects that would have positive effects on the well being of his constituents.
