Residents queue up to identify dead relatives following Boko Haram attack
A photo was taken of the Maiduguri State General hospital, with a long queue in front of the hospital gate, waiting to identify the corpses of their loved ones who died during the attack that took place, yesterday, December 27th.

New photo taken from Maiduguri, Borno state, has revealed residents of the state queueing up to identify relatives who were lost during the last Boko Haram attack.

A number of civilians are said to have died during the gun battle between Boko Haram and troops when the terrorists attempted to overrun Maiduguri, Borno state capital on the evening of the 27 of December 2015.
At 6pm of said day, the insurgents are said to have driven to the capital city in three vehicles, attacking the High Court area of the city and specifically shooting at civilians as they ran for their lives.

They were reported to have launched grenades into the city thereafter.
